Start with Example Data in Files, or add your own FCS or CSV files. Choose your parameters and plot type in Data.

Choose a gate tool, then drag on the plot. For a polygon, click its corners and press Enter or double-click to finish. Double-click a gate to view its population and draw child gates.

Right-click gates to apply them across samples. Click an axis label to change its range; right-click the plot to adjust its style.

Shortcuts: S select · R rectangle · E ellipse · P polygon · G histogram segment · Z zoom · Esc cancel.

Use Workspace → Save Workspace before closing or reloading. Sessions are not saved automatically.

Files and exports stay on your device. Workspace files contain your sample data. Desktop browsers with a mouse or trackpad work best for gating.
